BALOCHISTAN RURAL DEVELOPMENT SOCIETY (BRDS)is a non-profit, non-political, and non-government developmental organization, dedicated to bring lasting improvements in the quality of life of the poorest of the poor communities in Balochistan.It was established as an independent NGO in 29November 2005,and was registered with the Government of Balochistan under registration number DSW-1320 of Social Welfare Act,1961. A committed team of professionals and volunteers with good knowledge and understanding about social and sustainable development provided good governance and direction to BRDS FOR ACHIEVING GOALS & OBJECTIVES. BRDS has also achieved tremendous growth and success since its inception through, the dedicated teamwork of its highly motivated, skilled and experienced personnel's.

BRDS prime working areas are Environmental health, Child rights and Child protection, Women empowerment, Education, Community Development, Economic and Social Empowerment of marginalized communities and provides Humanitarian assistance during disasters or displacements. Community participation and development underpins all our activities. BRDS has successfully implemented projects to benefit the marginalized communities in different districts of Balochistan including Quetta, Sibi, Jaffarabad, Naseerabad, Washuk, Panjgur, Dalbandin, Kech, Loralai, Pishin, Naushki, Musakhel, Killa Saifullah, Killa Abdullah, Ziarat, Kalat, Kharan, Khuzdar, Mastung, Awaran and Chaghi districts. BRDS has also been providing humanitarian assistance to various flood, earthquake and drought affected areas in Balochistan during disasters and emergencies.
